Deposits may be required to reserve visits, parties, or events. Deposits may be non-refundable once a date is reserved.
Cancellations and rescheduling must be requested as soon as possible. Weather, safety concerns, or unsafe conditions may require a visit or event to be rescheduled.
Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions. Unsafe behavior or rough handling of animals may result in ending the visit early without refund.
